We are not former compliance officers, our staff are experts in Headhunting and Candidate Attraction; we have applied these fundamental skills in building relationships over many years, such that our overarching compliance recruitment sourcing strategy is built around referral. Yes we do advertise on the major platforms but we know that isn’t where you find the hidden gems; that is build on market knowledge, credibility and trust built up over time.

Our Practice

We launched this business because the larger compliance recruitment businesses were not meeting client expectations in terms of both delivery and expertise. We are the only compliance recruitment firm in the City that specialises purely in compliance recruitment; we were surprised too –  have a google!
