Our client, an insurance advisory firm, is recruiting for a Head of Compliance (SMF16/17). The candidate will be responsible for overall running of the compliance and risk function including advising the Executive Committee on risk management and compliance activities. Direct report into the Group CFO.
The ideal candidate will have insurance broker experience.
Responsibilities
Developing compliance policies and procedures for the firm
Advising the business on relevant regulation and compliance practices
Managing stakeholders and relationships with external bodies such as the FCA
Building a training program and providing ongoing training to the business
