Our client is looking for an individual to lead their Cloud Security Solutions (CSS) capability as they embark on an exciting period of growth. The role will require you to design, shape, build and deliver all aspects of this capability. You will be working as a lead member of the Professional Services Practice and will have responsibility for both the growth and management of the team, delivery of client assignments, development of go-to market offerings, and assistance in sales opportunities to help further grow their client base.
You will bring a mix of creativity and proactivity to help our client define and deliver market-leading propositions. The position offers a great opportunity to develop leadership capabilities and help the wider Professional Services practice build its Cyber Advisory team.
This role also calls for leadership, direction, and guidance in assessing and evaluation cloud security systems. You will also provide industry best practice in information security methodology and controls and be a SME in delivering risk evaluation and management for clients.

Leadership, ownership and growth of the CSS business line
Ownership of the team skills development including support to existing staff as well as identifying and attracting
Develop and expand the CSS capability
Bring experience in delivering CSS to major organisations
Instil a strong consultative approach across the team to ensure they build long-standing client relationships
To help win major client assignments that will further grow the professional and managed services businesses
Lead the delivery of significant client engagements as well as supporting as a team member where required
Clear understanding of ethics, and rules of engagement/scope
Knowledge of Cloud fundamentals - Design Patterns, Monitoring, Shared Security
Experience with cloud-based security controls (secure web gateway, next gen firewall, cloud access security broker, etc.)
Strong Information Security in the Cloud knowledge and experience in defining security requirements across applications, databases, networks and operating systems
Strong programming language skills (Java, NET, Python, PHP, JS, Golang)
AWS Cloud, Google Cloud, and/or Microsoft Azure
STEM degree, preferably MSc or equivalent
Experience: circa 10 years in designing and delivering security architecture (preferably large-scale); public and private sector project experience deemed to be valuable
1 or more AWS/Microsoft/Google Cloud systems certifications, with proven professional experience in delivering projects in those areas of accreditation. Additional system knowledge and experience, highly desirable
