Candidate Referral Scheme:

Our business is built around building long-term meaningful relationships and we highly value recommendations, they are crucial to our success . If you have any colleagues, friends or contacts with previous financial services compliance experience that would like to confidentially speak about a new role or receive career guidance and support – put us in touch.

We get out and meet all referred Candidates one-to-one where possible and where we can find that individual a job our Referral Scheme we thank the introducer of the Candidate with a £500.00 tax free cash award to thank you. Terms do apply so please review those below.

Terms:

  • Rutherford Search Ltd. did not previously have the Candidate’s CV.
  • We then place the individual in either a permanent or contract role within 18 months of your original referral.
  • The individual completes their probation period.

 

Client Referral Scheme:

We also highly value business referrals as and would like to properly thank you for promoting our service. As such we offer a reward of £1000.00 per placement for introductions to Clients leading to the employment of one of our Candidates. Once again, Terms do apply, please review them below.

Terms:

  • You refer a hiring manager who is actively recruiting and willing to use our services and whom we do not have prior knowledge of.
  • That hiring manager goes on to employ a candidate through Rutherford Search Ltd. in either a permanent or contract role within 12 months of your original recommendation.
  • Any individual placed with the hiring manager completes their probation period.
