Position Overview
As a Corporate Technology Associate, you will play a key role in advising investors, companies, and management teams on venture capital, M&A and private equity transactions across global tech hubs. You will guide clients through all stages of their lifecycle, from early-stage to liquidity, working with high-profile investors and prominent investee companies worldwide.
Main Duties
Key responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to:
Advise investors, companies, and management teams on venture capital investments, M&A transactions and private equity transactions
Guide clients through all stages of their lifecycle, from seed capital to exits such as IPOs, trade sales, and mergers
Assist with start-up advice, incentivisation, employee benefits and tax structuring
Contribute to cross-border M&A and joint venture work
Support the formation of VC funds, particularly cross-border structuring for new funds and investment vehicles
Your Profile
4-6 PQE from a top-tier UK or international corporate practice
Excellent academic background
Experience with exits, including IPOs, trade sales and mergers
Knowledge of incentivisation, employee benefits and tax structuring
Exposure to start-up advice and VC fund formation
Strong cross-border M&A and joint venture experience
