Our client is expanding their Projects/Energy and Infrastructure practice in New York. They boast a large and highly reputable New York presence, with formidable Projects teams.
Role Overview
Key responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to:
Direct client interaction, providing insightful advice with integrity, supported by your team
Industry-leading training and Partner contact
Lead drafting of complex transaction documentation and negotiate terms for clients
Manage day-to-day aspects of complex transactions
Mentor and supervise junior attorneys
Excel in client communication to understand and meet their needs
Contribute to creating a positive work environment in line with our firm's vision
The culture is high performing but also reasonable on expectations compared to peer firms
Client has a track record of retaining and making up associates
Your Profile
3+ years of experience in projects/project finance/infrastructure, either in private practice or in-house
Admission to the New York Bar
Strong drafting skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Meticulous attention to detail with strong analytical abilities
Ambitious, entrepreneurial Projects lawyer to bolster their busy practice.
Basic salary banding for this role is $250,000 - $370,000
