​Our Client

Our client, a leading regulatory platform based in the UK and in Europe which manages 20bn+ in assets, is currently seeking a Chief Compliance Officer for its London office.

This role presents a fantastic opportunity to lead a compliance function for a growing firm, working closely alongside the business’ most senior stakeholders.

Main Duties

Key responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to:

  • Spearhead the development, implementation, improvement and oversight of the firm’s compliance program

  • Hold the SMF16 and SMF17 functions

  • Be the main point of contact for regulators

  • Keep abreast of regulatory developments and changes and ensure that the business’ compliance program is updated accordingly

  • Assess potential compliance risks within the firm and develop strategies to mitigate those risks

  • Spearhead the delivery of compliance training across the firm

Your Profile

  • Educated to a degree level

  • 12 - 15+ years of compliance experience within a regulated financial services firm
