We have been mandated on an exciting opportunity for a Compliance Officer to join our Asset management client's team in Luxembourg. The successful candidate will focus on Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) and gain exposure to both Luxembourg and UK regulatory environments. This role offers the chance to develop expertise in a global setting, working alongside a highly experienced compliance team.

Key Responsibilities:

​​•Advise the business on financial crime compliance risks and obligations.

•Ensure compliance with AML, CFT, sanctions, and anti-bribery regulations (Luxembourg & UK).

•Monitor regulatory changes and update policies accordingly.

•Conduct client and transaction screening using compliance tools.

•Support regulatory inspections, audits, and due diligence processes.

Your Background:

•Experience in Financial Crime Compliance.

•Strong understanding of Luxembourg and UK investment fund regulations.

•Knowledge of AML and sanctions regulations (CSSF, FCA).

•Fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
