Our client is a globally integrated top law firm brand with a large - and rapidly expanding - presence in the Middle East. They are looking for a dynamic lawyer to join their office in Dubai to advise tech clients on cross-border transactions, including M&A, joint ventures, private equity, and general corporate matters. This will suit someone who is looking for a supportive and balanced culture without compromising on the quality of work.

The culture is high performing but also reasonable on expectations compared to peer firms.Support is offered for relocation.

Candidate Requirements

• 2-5 years of PQE

• Experience in venture capital, tech private equity, and M&A

• Proven leadership in deals and negotiations

• Strong communication and client relationship skills

• Commercially aware and proactive

• Russian language and regional experience are advantages but not essential
