The Role

As a Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in transaction delivery, client relationship development, and the ongoing expansion of the practice. This position offers clear career progression opportunities within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Main Duties

Key responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate transactional documents.

  • Manage transactions from inception to completion, including cross-border deals.

  • Maintain ongoing client communication post-transaction.

  • Collaborate on business development initiatives and client targeting strategies.

  • Provide mentorship and training to junior team members.

Your Profile

  • Senior Associate with at least 4 years of experience.

  • Desire to excel in a leading practice and advance to Managing Associate level.

  • Passion for complex and intellectually stimulating work.

  • Strong ability to deliver tailored and commercially savvy advice.

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and adept at building lasting client relationships.
