Position Overview

As a Senior Associate, you will play a key role in advising clients on private M&A and private equity transactions across various sectors, including technology, media, retail, insurance, and financial services. You will have the opportunity to manage high-profile client relationships, deliver pragmatic legal solutions, and contribute to the team's ongoing success.

Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on complex private M&A and private equity transactions

  • Develop deep sector expertise and provide commercially focused legal advice

  • Manage and nurture client relationships, delivering exceptional service

  • Drive business development initiatives and identify new opportunities

  • Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative team culture

  • Demonstrate strong financial and project management skills

Requirements

  • 6+ years of PQE with extensive experience in corporate law, including private M&A and private equity

  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to balance legal risk with business objectives

  • Excellent relationship management and client-facing skills

  • Proven ability to lead and mentor junior colleagues

  • Proactive and strategic mindset, with a passion for business development

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
