Position Overview
As a Senior Associate, you will play a key role in advising clients on private M&A and private equity transactions across various sectors, including technology, media, retail, insurance, and financial services. You will have the opportunity to manage high-profile client relationships, deliver pragmatic legal solutions, and contribute to the team's ongoing success.
Responsibilities
Advise clients on complex private M&A and private equity transactions
Develop deep sector expertise and provide commercially focused legal advice
Manage and nurture client relationships, delivering exceptional service
Drive business development initiatives and identify new opportunities
Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative team culture
Demonstrate strong financial and project management skills
Requirements
6+ years of PQE with extensive experience in corporate law, including private M&A and private equity
Strong commercial acumen and ability to balance legal risk with business objectives
Excellent relationship management and client-facing skills
Proven ability to lead and mentor junior colleagues
Proactive and strategic mindset, with a passion for business development
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
