A leading international law firm is seeking to make a senior appointment within it's market-leading energy transitions and natural resources team.
The ideal candidate will be skilled in project law within the energy sector, including development, financing, acquisition and disposal of international energy projects. Inclusive of EPCs, O&Ms and PPAs.
The team operates across EMEA but also has a strong focus on emerging markets, including market leading projects in Africa, the Middle East, Asia and South America.
Your work with this team will take you around the globe.
Examples of recent projects include solar IPPs, offshore wind farms, waste to energy plants, green hydrogen, amongst a range of others. In addition to the renewables and sustainability focus, the firm also has a strong mining practice.
You will work closely with practitioners considered to be leading in the field, with exposure to career-building deals from procurement through to financial close.
