Our client, a prestigious global law firm with an established office in Bristol, is seeking an Associate with strong private funds experience to join their expanding Investment Funds team.

This role offers the opportunity to work on complex and high-profile matters, including private fund formation, investments, private equity secondaries, GP-led secondaries, and more.

Your Profile

  • 1-6 years PQE as a Solicitor qualified in England & Wales or European jurisdiction (also open to Common Law lawyers)

  • Experience with a leading Funds practice

  • Strong academic background and stable career history

  • Exceptional drafting, communication, and analytical skills.
