Rutherford is currently supporting a growing Private Credit business in London. This position is offered on a part-time or contract basis, requiring two days of work per week.

Responsibilities

• Be the point of contact for compliance for regulators, investors and wider stakeholders

• Review and develop the compliance monitoring program

• Provide regulatory advice to the investment team and senior management

• Manage regular compliance and financial crime tasks

• Deliver compliance training to the front office.

Requirements

• 7 - 12 years of compliance experience on the buy side

• Strong FCA and EU regulatory knowledge
