Our Client

A leading private credit investment manager, c. $100bn aum, is looking for a strong, 3-7 PQE transactional counsel to join their London team. In response to strong performance and fundraising efforts, the team requires a well-rounded Private Credit Real Estate finance counsel to take on a broad transactional pan-European remit.

Requirements

  • 3-7 years PQE with a strong private practice background

  • Minimum good secondment within a Tier 1 private credit or private equity real estate business - demonstrable buyside in-house track record highly desirable

  • Strong academic track record

  • Strong track record in real estate finance transactions

  • Major European language (French/German/Spanish) highly desirable

  • Must be curious, ambitious and collegiate

  • Must be an England & Wales qualified solicitor
