Our Client
A London headquartered global investment manager, is looking to strengthen their legal function with an experienced employment and benefits lawyer. The ideal candidate would be a well rounded corporate counsel and have 3-7 years PQE with a good practice background and a strong in-house secondment or in-house track record in a Tier 1 financial services environment, specialising in Employment & Benefits law.
Responsibilities
• Provide legal advice on all employment related matters
• Develop and implement employment policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
• Handle employment litigation matters
• Conduct internal investigations into employment matters
• Advise on disciplinary and grievance procedures
• Work closely with HR and management teams
Requirements:
• Strong academic track record
• Minimum 3 years' post qualified experience.
• Must be an England & Wales qualified solicitor
• Multi-jurisidictional experience highly desirable - particularly Ireland and Jersey
• Good in-house secondment in a recognised CIB or Asset Manager - or in-house position
• Must have the right to work in the UK - this role will not be sponsored
