An elite US law firm, featuring highly ranked Partners and marquee clients seeks a talented Associate between 1-3 PQE to join its globally renowned firm in London. The team has recently advised on some of Europe’s largest leveraged financings, including landmark syndicated loans, bond issuances, and cross-border debt transactions. Qualified lawyer from a leading private practice leveraged finance team.
Excellent academics.
1-3PQE is guidance only and we would welcome applications from lawyers who are outside that range, as would the client.
Given the time of year bonus buyouts, sponsorship and COLA considered (case-by-case) or potentially client is happy to wait for selected candidate to pick up their bonus next year.
