Our Client
Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking to make an associate appointment within it's Tier 1 energy practice who are market leaders across Climate Change, Energy and Natural Resources, Oil and Gas, and Hydrogen Energy sectors.
The Opportunity
You will work closely with practitioners considered to be leading in the field, with exposure to career-building deals from procurement through to financial close.
The team operates across EMEA but also has a strong focus on emerging markets, including market leading projects in Africa, the Middle East, Asia and South America.
The firm have a reputation for making up partners, hence the need to make lateral senior hires.
Examples of recent projects include solar IPPs, offshore wind farms, waste to energy plants, green hydrogen, amongst a range of others.
You will work closely with practitioners considered to be leading in the field, with exposure to career-building deals from procurement through to financial close.
Your Profile
3-6 PQE (or equivalent) within project law within the energy sector, including development, financing, acquisition and disposal of international energy projects.
Specifically in EPCs, O&Ms and PPAs.
Excellent communication and attention to detail.
