​Our Client

Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking to make an associate appointment within it's Tier 1 energy practice who are market leaders across Climate Change, Energy and Natural Resources, Oil and Gas, and Hydrogen Energy sectors.

The Opportunity

  • You will work closely with practitioners considered to be leading in the field, with exposure to career-building deals from procurement through to financial close.

  • The team operates across EMEA but also has a strong focus on emerging markets, including market leading projects in Africa, the Middle East, Asia and South America.

  • The firm have a reputation for making up partners, hence the need to make lateral senior hires.

  • Examples of recent projects include solar IPPs, offshore wind farms, waste to energy plants, green hydrogen, amongst a range of others.

  • You will work closely with practitioners considered to be leading in the field, with exposure to career-building deals from procurement through to financial close.

Your Profile

  • 3-6 PQE (or equivalent) within project law within the energy sector, including development, financing, acquisition and disposal of international energy projects.

  • Specifically in EPCs, O&Ms and PPAs.

  • Excellent communication and attention to detail.
