Rutherford is currently growing its London office team; we are looking for a Consultant or Senior Consultant to join our award-winning Legal & Compliance desk. This desk benefits from long-standing existing relationships with some of the most renowned financial services businesses in the world.

We are now looking to further grow the function, by welcoming into our practice motivated recruitment specialists who can add value to what is an already very warm desk.
The Role
Completing the full job life cycle, from initial briefing call through to salary negotiation
Actively source and identify top talent within your sector
Market map for live and upcoming roles including, networking and building relationships
Attend meetings with both candidates and clients building long lasting relationships
Work closely with the marketing team to help produce salary survey, white papers and other marketing material relevant to the market
Become a champion in the market for Rutherford Search and the wider Pearse group
About You
2+ years of recruitment or executive search experience
Understanding of the financial services market and/or compliance is advantageous
Comfortable building relationships with candidates and clients at all levels
Excellent written and verbal communication
