Rutherford is partnered with an elite private markets firm that is looking for a Senior Vice President in their Legal & Compliance team. This role will lead the firm's private credit strategy in the US, supporting the growth and build-out of this business.

Responsibilities:

• Advise senior management and front office on structuring the new business line and relevant regulatory requirements.

• Develop a compliance framework and develop relevant policies for the private credit business

• Manage regulatory fillings, code of ethics, regulatory developments for the firm,.

• Advise front office teams on transactions and business related matters.

• Provide compliance training to the investment, sales and wider stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 8 - 12+ years of compliance experience, with strong understanding of private credit.

• Must be an admitted US Attorney

Basic salary range for this position is $300,000-$350,000
