The Role

As a Senior Associate in Commercial Real Estate, you will play a crucial role in our client’s distinguished practice. You will contribute actively to delivering strategic legal advice and building enduring client relationships within a supportive and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to:

  • Advising on high-value investment assets and complex mixed-use development projects.

  • Handling landlord and tenant matters, pre-lets, and development work.

  • Providing comprehensive, tailored advice across all real estate services.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years PQE experience in Commercial Real Estate.

  • Prior experience with landlord and tenant matters, pre-lets, and development work.

  • Strong understanding of real estate transactions and client expectations.

  • Proven ability to deliver commercially focused advice at a consistently high standard.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
