Our Client
Our client, a leading law firm in London, is seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join its established Fund Finance team. The firm is well-regarded for its work across asset management and finance and offers a supportive and inclusive working environment. The Fund Finance team advises prominent lenders on complex financing solutions across multiple asset classes, working on a variety of fund finance products for both lenders and sponsors.
The Role
As a Senior Associate, you will play a key role in advising on subscription lines, NAV facilities, hybrid financings, GP support and co-investment facilities, and management fee facilities. You will work closely with partners across the asset management and funds practices, with significant junior support to help manage transactions efficiently.
Requirements
Qualified solicitor (E&W or Common Law jurisdiction) with 3+ years PQE.
Extensive fund finance experience from a leading law firm.
Strong academic record with excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
Commercial awareness and understanding of fund finance products and the asset management sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships and work collaboratively.
