The Role

This is an outstanding opportunity for a Funds Associate to join a highly regarded team, offering broad exposure across the funds landscape. You will advise both fund sponsors and investors on a wide array of matters, including fund structuring, marketing, operations, and sponsor-to-sponsor transactions. The team manages mandates across sectors such as private equity, real estate, infrastructure, and energy, with expertise spanning both closed and open-ended funds, as well as private and listed structures.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to engage in fund formation and other complex matters, working closely with market-leading partners. The position offers significant responsibility, autonomy, and the chance to broaden your expertise across diverse fund types and sectors.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years PQE lawyer with solid experience in private funds matters.

  • Strong technical expertise in fund structuring and regulatory matters.

  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and complex transactions.

  • Enthusiasm for business development and client engagement.

  • Excellent communication skills, with a strong academic background.
