The Opportunity
This opportunity is for a prestigious law firm with a highly regarded fund formation practice and a large roster of major fund sponsors, managers and investor clients.
As part of an international push to build out their funds coverage they are looking to hire a high caliber Partner to join them at a time when they are looking to commit and invest significantly in the practice area.
They advise across the asset class on the full range of matters, going beyond fund formation and fund raisings, acting as true business partners to their clients.
Our client is open to different asset-class backgrounds as well as LP/GP or Secondaries balance.
Your Profile
Currently a Counsel or Partner/Senior Partner level in the fund formations practice of a leading law firm.
Must be admitted to the NY Bar.
Counsel with 7 years of experience who are interested in becoming Partner and growing a book of business are welcome to apply.
Candidates should have some portable business.
