Our client, a well-established London law firm, is looking to hire a Private Funds Associate to join its highly regarded team. The firm is known for its strong client relationships and collaborative approach, and offers lawyers a high level of autonomy and trust from an early stage.

The Role
You will work closely with partners and clients on fund formation, investor negotiations, and the ongoing operation of a range of private investment structures. The role offers genuine exposure to high-quality work across asset classes and the opportunity to take ownership of matters with appropriate support.
Responsibilities include:
Drafting and negotiating fund documents, including limited partnership agreements, management and advisory agreements, offering memoranda, and side letters.
Advising on fund structuring, closings, regulatory matters, and investor relations.
Collaborating with internal specialists to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
Supporting partners with business development and client relationship initiatives.
Requirements
Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 4+ years’ experience in a funds team within private practice.
Strong technical knowledge of private fund structures, including relevant UK regulatory frameworks.
Excellent drafting skills, attention to detail, and case management abilities.
Clear communicator with strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
A proactive mindset and enthusiasm for working closely with clients and partners.
