The Role
As a Real Estate Associate, you will be a key member of the firm's growing team in London, working closely with partners and clients on a variety of high-profile transactions. You’ll advise investors on UK and European private equity real estate deals, across the full risk spectrum, including joint ventures, acquisitions, financings, disposals, and development projects.
Requirements
Qualified to practice law in England and Wales, or Commonwealth qualified with relevant London experience
Strong academic background and training from a highly regarded law firm
Demonstrable track record in real estate transactions, with a focus on real estate investments preferred
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Commitment to providing exceptional client service and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism
