Our client is a prestigious Elite US law firm renowned for its investment funds practice. Known for handling a diverse range of fund-related matters—from private fund formation to secondary transactions—the firm leverages its extensive global network to manage complex cross-border issues effectively. They are looking for a talented Funds Associate to join their team and contribute to their ongoing success.
The Role
As a Funds Associate, you will be involved in advising on the formation and structuring of private funds, managed accounts, and secondary transactions. This role provides exposure to the highest quality work and the opportunity to work closely with a diverse and interesting client base. You will engage in various fund-related matters, including secondary market deals, co-investments, and customized investment solutions while contributing to strategic fund arrangements and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
3-6 PQE Lawyer with substantial experience in funds law, including private funds, secondary transactions, and a variety of other fund-related matters.
Ability to manage complex transactions and work effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Strong academic background and in-depth knowledge of fund structuring and regulatory compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
UK experience is desired.
