Jeffrey Boujoukos has returned to law firm Morgan Lewis after more than a decade at the SEC. Boujoukos will rejoin as a partner and the leader of the securities enforcement practice.

The former regional director of the Philadelphia Regional Office of the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Boukoukos will now defend public companies, financial services clients, and their executives in SEC, self-regulatory organization, and state enforcement matters.

Boujoukos' clients will include brokers, investment advisers, hedge funds and public companies.
