Rutherford is delighted to welcome Matthew Makrinos to its team as Head of Delivery. This appointment comes amid Rutherford’s efforts in further establishing its private practice legal offering.

About Matthew Makrinos

After working as a Financial Advisor for a globally renowned financial services company, Matt decided to explore the world of recruitment for a large generalist search firm with offices around the world. Focusing in Software Engineering, then Projects, Change and Transformation, Matt demonstrated strong leadership capabilities and was quickly promoted as Team Lead of the SA/UK Offshore Team.

His can-do attitude and previous experience in managing and growing a team have made him the perfect addition to Rutherford, who is looking to further build out its delivery capacities - more specifically for its new private practice legal function. As Head of Delivery for Rutherford, Matt will be spearheading research and delivery for our search mandates, primarily for the legal function.
