​Alpha FMC has hired the former head of compliance at Woodford Investments boutique.

Chris Martin joined Alpha in February as a senior manager. He had been the head of compliance at Woodford since July 2017.

A spokesperson for Alpha FMC confirmed Martin’s hire. His experience in the regulatory cross-hairs over the last couple of years will prove invaluable to AMFC clients.

Prior to Woodford, Chris spent time at the FCA.

Chris took over as head of compliance in 2017 replacing Simon Osborne.
