Having worked in New York City's financial services recruitment sector for many years, Ali will support Rutherford's US efforts by bringing along her deep undertsanding of the market.

About Ali Hughes

After getting her degree in English at the Rhodes College in Memphis (Tennessee), Ali started her career in recruitment, quickly specialising in the financial services industry. She has sourced candidates within audit & accounting, consumer payments, banking and fintech.

She has now joined Rutherford as Compliance and Legal Consultant, where she will be mainly covering alternative investments for US business accounts. You can learn more about Ali's background here.
