Head of Talent

​Alexandra Feeney is the Head of Talent at the Pearse Group, which Rutherford is a part of.

Alexandra comes in with a wealth of experience within the recruitment industry, having been herself a Senior Recruitment Consultant for our sister company Pearse Partners. After leading the Investment Banking team at Pearse Partners for a couple of years, Alex made the bold move to take on a new challenge, and set up the talent acquisition and learning & development practices from the ground up for the wider Pearse Group.

She now oversees all talent acquisition efforts across the Group's three brands, and is actively implementing new L&D strategies. She is always interested in speaking with talent and ambitious individuals who want to be part of a growing, global business.
