What can colleagues and friends expect when they are around you?

They can expect someone who is dependable, dedicated and who has a strong work ethic, but who also ensures there is always time for fun. I strive to foster meaningful connections with people from all walks of life and create an atmosphere of trust, collaboration and positivity.

What are your guiding principles at work?

My guiding principles are humility, reliability and balance. I recognise the importance of being honest and humble enough to ask for help when it's needed.

What motivates you at work and in life?

I am motivated by making a positive difference in the lives of those around me. I am driven by acknowledgement for a job well done as well as opportunities to grow both personally and professionally. I am also motivated by my desire to have soul enriching adventures through travel and quality time with loved ones.

What is the most unexpected thing you ever did?

I talked my way into meeting the entire England Cricket team in their dressing room after a test match. The prospect of meeting the likes of Stuart Broad and Alastair Cook prompted an unprecedented level of persuasiveness from 18 year-old me!
