Sean Bourke founded Pearse Partners after 7 years working for a FTSE 250 recruitment company. For the first three years he recruited Accountancy candidates into a broad spectrum of companies in Central London. The final 4 years were spent recruiting Corporate Finance and Investment Professionals into Boutique Advisors, Investment Banks and Alternative Investment funds.
