Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join its Corporate team in London. The firm has a strong reputation for its high-quality transactional work across public and private M&A, corporate finance, and regulatory matters, representing a diverse client base, including corporates, financial institutions, and investment banks.

The Role

As a Corporate Senior Associate, you will advise on public takeovers, corporate finance transactions, and listed company matters. You will work directly with corporates, financial institutions, and investment banks, taking responsibility for drafting key documents, managing due diligence, and coordinating transactions across multiple jurisdictions.

You will also contribute to business development, mentor junior team members, and collaborate with colleagues across practice areas.

Requirements

  • 4+ PQE, qualified in England & Wales (or equivalent common law jurisdiction).

  • Strong experience in public M&A, corporate finance, and UK-listed company transactions, ideally from a top-tier or leading international firm.

  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and transaction management skills.

  • Confidence in managing client relationships and provide commercial, solutions-focused advice.
