Our Client

A leading US law firm is seeking a mid-to-senior level associate to join their highly regarded Equity Capital Markets team in London.

Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on complex ECM transactions, IPOs and secondary offerings

  • Assist with UK public M&A or UK Debt Capital Markets transactions as required

  • Provide strategic guidance on regulatory compliance and governance matters

  • Draft, review and negotiate key transaction documents

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client service

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of relevant UK PQE gained in a leading Capital Markets practice

  • Strong English Law ECM experience: additional UK public M&A or DCM expertise is a plus

  • Excellent drafting, communication, and analytical skills

  • Strong academic background and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Commitment to delivering high-quality work and exceptional client service
