A leading US law firm is seeking a mid-to-senior level associate to join their highly regarded Equity Capital Markets team in London.
Responsibilities
Advise clients on complex ECM transactions, IPOs and secondary offerings
Assist with UK public M&A or UK Debt Capital Markets transactions as required
Provide strategic guidance on regulatory compliance and governance matters
Draft, review and negotiate key transaction documents
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client service
Requirements
3-6 years of relevant UK PQE gained in a leading Capital Markets practice
Strong English Law ECM experience: additional UK public M&A or DCM expertise is a plus
Excellent drafting, communication, and analytical skills
Strong academic background and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to delivering high-quality work and exceptional client service
