Our Client
Rutherford is partnered with a global private credit firm that are looking for a Head of Legal & Compliance, in Dubai. The Lawyer will play a key part of the firm's expansion in the Middle East and work closely with the business development team. The role will report into a Global General Counsel in London.
Main Duties
Key responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to:
Providing strategic business advice to senior management across legal, regulatory and other matters.
Lead structuring, negotiating and executing all transactions in the area.
Manage all stakeholders including counsel, regulators and suppliers
Lead all compliance and regulatory related matters
Your Profile
10+ PQE transactional lawyer, ideally from a private credit or private equity firm
Strong transactional/corporate legal background
Open to relocating lawyers
