Our Client, a well respected systematic business in London, is looking for a strong private practice funds Associate to join the team.
Main Duties
Key responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to:
New fund formation
Investment advisory, distribution and brokerage agreements
Fund regulatory advisory (EMIR, MiFID, UCITS, AIFMD)
Your Profile
3-7 years PQE - in a recognised private practice Funds Team
Track record of fund formation, negotiation of investment mandates and side letters
European and US regulated funds and securities knowledge
1-2 years' experience in house would be highly desirable
