​Our Client

Our client, an established and well-regarded insurance company, is looking for a skilled Interim Consumer Duty Project Support (6-month FTC) who will support the Consumer Duty project team, supporting Claims and Underwriting with hands-on implementation within a variety of work streams.

This role will report to the UK & Global Head of Compliance and Consumer Duty Project Manager

Hybrid working is on offer with 1-2 days in the office

 

Main Duties

Key responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to:

  • Defining framework, and minimum standards for key workstreams within Consumer Duty project

  • Implementing change, reviewing policies and procedures

  • Assisting Claims and Underwriting in embedding new processes

  • Stakeholder management

 

Your Profile

  • The candidate should be educated to degree level and/or professional qualification

  • Wealth of experience within compliance insurance, preferably Lloyd's market but this is not essential

  • Excellent communicator, both verbal and written

  • Ability to build strong partnering relationships with a wide range of stakeholders

  • Challenge, negotiate, influence and persuade both internal and external parties

  • Strong leadership and people management skills

 

 

Salary: flexible dependent on experience
