London Stock Exchange Group has announced Board changes to their PLC.

Michael Findlay has been appointed Non-Executive Chair of London Stock Exchange plc. Nikhil Rathi was appointed as CEO of the UK Financial Conduct Authority yesterday. Now the LSE has announced that Denzil Jenkins will serve as interim CEO of London Stock Exchange plc. He will start straight away. Prior to joining the LSE Denzil worked for Chi-X Europe, the FCA and Deutsche Bank.
