The Opportunity
You will join a strong financial markets team with a client base spanning both buy and sell side, and including some of the top investment banks globally.
The role will be a perfect vehicle for an associate to further develop expertise in derivatives and structured products, through hands-on exposure to the most complex and interesting work available in the space.
Broad ranging, inclusive but not limited to:
A full range of structured credit and equity products
Commodity linked transactions
Credit risk mitigation
Repos and securities lending
ETP platforms
Prime brokerage
Intermediation arrangements
You will also work closely alongside a very high quality regulatory team, and previous exposure to some reg frameworks will be useful.
Due to growth, there is potential for hires at several levels, including a mid level associate, or more senior, and not excluding lawyers with in-house experience.
