​​We are mandated on a search for a global digital assets exchange in Dubai. The firm are looking for a Chief Compliance Officer to build and establish a best-in-class compliance program in the region, reporting back into the Global General Counsel.​

​

Responsibilities

  • Develop and establish the firm's compliance program for the UAE

  • Advise on how they should achieve regulatory licences and approvals in the region.

  • Manage day-to-day compliance and financial crime responsibilities

  • Build a framework and team to manage significant growth in the coming years.

  • Advise on upcoming regulatory changes across the region.

Requirements

  • 7 - 12+ years of compliance experience, ideally with strong experience within Web3, digital assets or leading FinTech firm.

  • Previous experience as a Chief Compliance Officer or Deputy.

  • The ideal candidate will have proven experience developing a compliance program in the space.

Relocation is possible for the right candidate.
