This high-profile firm, recognized as a leader in the M&A/PE field across multiple directories, serving an established growing roster of marquee clients, seeks an outstanding mid-level (2-4PQE) Associate to join their team.

You will engage in a wide range of high-value international corporate work, advising public and private companies, private equity/investment banks, and other financial institutions on various corporate transactions. Your responsibilities will encompass a blend of private equity and M&A transactions. The team covers a diverse range of sectors, with particular expertise in investment management, tech, retail, telecoms, healthcare and life sciences.

They have a strong track record of retaining and making up Associates as well as creating a welcoming environment for laterals.
