Our client, a multi-strategy hedge fund, is currently seeking a Documentation Attorney for its New York office.
Main Duties
Key responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to:
The review and negotiation of a wide range of documentation, from trading arrangements to brokerage agreements and electronic trading agreements
Broader corporate legal responsibility
Your Profile
3 to 7 years of experience within a financial services business
Strong experience in negotiating trading arrangements
Demonstrated corporal legal experience
Basic salary range for this position is $150,000 - $200,000
