We are exclusively mandated by a leading elite US law firm in London to appoint a Junior Fund Finance Associate (NQ-3 PQE) to join its growing and market-leading fund finance practice. This is a unique opportunity to join a practice that advises on the full range of fund finance products, including capital call facilities, NAV-based facilities, hybrid financings, and GP/management-level facilities, across all asset classes and fund types.

The Role

As a Fund Finance Associate, you will work closely with market-leading partners and a highly experienced team, advising on a broad range of fund finance products and structures. These include capital call facilities, NAV-based facilities, hybrid financings, and GP/management-level facilities, for private equity, infrastructure, real estate, credit, and other funds across multiple jurisdictions.

Requirements

  • NQ-3 PQE, qualified in England & Wales.

  • Experience in fund finance, leveraged finance, or fund-focused banking and finance from a leading US, Magic Circle, Silver Circle, or top international firm.

  • Strong technical skills, ideally with exposure to capital call facilities, NAV facilities, and hybrid products.

  • Excellent academic credentials.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment on complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions.
