Join a growing fund finance practice at an elite US law firm in London, advising on high-profile, cross-border deals across the full spectrum of fund finance transactions. The firm works with fund sponsors and financial institutions on subscription, asset-backed, NAV, and preferred equity financings across all asset classes.
The Role
As a Fund Finance Associate, you will advise lenders, sponsors, and fund managers on a range of financing transactions. You will work closely with experienced partners on subscription line facilities, NAV facilities, hybrid financings, and GP/management-level facilities. This is a strong opportunity to gain hands-on experience on high-profile, cross-border deals while contributing to the growth of a leading fund finance practice.
Key Responsibilities
Drafting and negotiating key documents for fund finance transactions.
Advising clients on subscription lines, NAV-based facilities, and hybrid financings.
Working directly with financial institutions, private equity sponsors, and fund managers.
Collaborating with colleagues across the firm’s global offices on multi-jurisdictional matters.
Requirements
England & Wales qualified lawyer with 2-4 years' PQE.
Fund finance experience from a leading US, Magic Circle, Silver Circle, or top international firm.
Strong track record advising on subscription lines, NAV facilities, and similar fund finance structures.
Excellent academic credentials and transactional skills.
Strong team player with experience handling complex, multi-jurisdictional matters.
