The Role

As a Funds Associate, you’ll manage the legal aspects of forming and structuring private investment funds. Your responsibilities will include supporting the launch of fund products across various global jurisdictions including the UK, Luxembourg, Ireland, Middle East and Asia, collaborating with internal teams on complex fund launches.

You’ll be involved in drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting research, and offering strategic advice, all while ensuring top-notch client service and maintaining strong client relationships.

Requirements

  • 1-4PQE in private funds, investment law, or related area.

  • Ability to manage complex transactions and collaborate effectively with clients and counterparties.

  • Experience with fund formation and structuring, particularly in a variety of international jurisdictions.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
