​Our Client

Our client is a leading Magic Circle law firm, seeking a Junior/Mid-level Funds Associate to join their London office. The firm has a strong global presence and offers the opportunity to work with top-tier clients in a collaborative and well-established funds practice.

​

The Role

As a Funds Associate, you will work within the private investment funds team, advising on a range of matters. You will work closely with experienced partners and colleagues, advising clients on fund formation, structuring, and ongoing operational matters.

​

Key Responsibilities

  • Advising fund managers on structuring, marketing, and ongoing management of private funds, including real estate debt and infrastructure funds.

  • Assisting with the establishment and offering of private funds, working closely with sponsors and institutional investors.

  • Providing legal advice and support to high-profile clients.

​

Requirements

  • 2–5 years’ PQE in private funds from a leading practice.

  • Strong and consistent CV demonstrating relevant experience.

  • Excellent academic background and legal qualifications.

  • Strong technical skills with attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
