Our Client
Our client is a highly regarded private credit fund with over 40 billion AuM. They are seeking a lawyer to join their growing team and assist with formations/fundraising.
Main Duties
Key responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to:
Preparing, evaluating, and negotiating fund documentation including limited partnership agreements, subscription agreements, side letters, and other pertinent documents
Supporting legal aspects throughout the lifecycle of funds and separately managed accounts, such as marketing approvals, data room setup, financing arrangements, investor due diligence queries, legal executions/closings, investment structuring queries, and other routine legal and quasi-legal tasks
Addressing inquiries related to fund documentation
Aiding in the investor on-boarding process Keeping up-to-date with regulatory changes affecting the funds industry
Your Profile
Qualified lawyer with 3-8PQE
Experience from private practice in a funds team
Experience of fund formations/structuring (private funds)
