Rutherford have been mandated on a fantastic opportunity for a corporate Legal Counsel to join a leading global real estate investment company's in-house London team.
Main Duties
Key responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to:
Overseeing legal entity management
Supporting business groups on corporate projects
Coordinating entity incorporations, restructurings, and dissolutions
Assisting the legal team with managing deliverables for financings and transactions
Researching and monitoring changes in corporate laws, regulations, and industry trends
Overseeing responses to KYC, AML and sanctions related requests
Your Profile
4-5+ years' PQE experience at a major law firm or in-house
Experience managing paralegals or trainees
Real estate and/or private equity experience a plus, although not essential
